What is this: This trick controls wether Floppy drive can be accessed by all administrators in domain or just the local user currently logged on
Valid for: Windows XP/NT/2000
Registry Keys:
System Key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon
Changes:
Create new or modify existing String value called "AllocateFloppies"
value=0 means CD drive can be accessed by all administrators in the domain
value=1 means CD drive can be accessed by local user only
