What is this: This trick will allows you to a notice dialogue before the users logs in (v good for people who have net cafe & want to show a notice to every new user)

Changes:
Create new or modify existing string value called "LegalNoticeCaption" to show title of your dialogur notice (example "Warning")
Create new or modify existing string value called "LegalNoticeText" to show actual notice (example "'Do Not Attempt to Logon unless you are authorised")
