What is this: Devices that are installed but not connected are not usually displayed in Device Manager, use this trick to show all devices
Valid for: Windows XP/2000
Registry Keys:
System Key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Environment
Changes:
Create new or modify existing String value for "DEVMGR_SHOW_NONPRESENT_DEVICES"
value=0 means default
value=1 means show all devices
