What is this: This trick will allow to set user rights on special desktop folders when they right click on these folders

Modify the binary value called "Attributes" to set user rights as follows:
50 01 00 20 - Rename
60 01 00 20 - Delete
70 01 00 20 - Rename and Delete
41 01 00 20 - Copy
42 01 00 20 - Cut
43 01 00 20 - Copy and Cut
44 01 00 20 - Paste
45 01 00 20 - Copy and Pase
46 01 00 20 - Cut and Copy
47 01 00 20 - Cut, Copy and Paste

Always remeber the default value is "40 01 00 20" so if you are doing experiments only, make sure to change back to default value
