What is this: Windows only gives you options of center or tile for the desktop wallpaper. This trick will allow to move the image anyway on your desktop
Valid for: All Windows
Registry Keys:
User Key
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop
Changes:
Create new or modify existing String values for the following
"Wallpaperoriginx" (horizontal offset)
"Wallpaperoriginy" (vertical offset)
value=Distance in Pixels (e.g. 100, 200, 300 etc)
